“Pansit Palabok”
I’m glad that we can easily buy Mama Sita’s “Palabok” (Shrimp Gravy) Mix at an Asian grocery store a few miles from where we live. Last night, we had “palabok” for dinner. I only had about half a cup of the rice noodles but I was really glad I had this for my meal. It reminds me of “merienda” times in the Philippines.
